The International Screendance Meeting, Valencia 2016, is intended as a forum for exchanging academic ideas and analyses of the creative processes around screendance, videodance or choreocinema. The proceedings cover different topics focusing on the pas-de-deux dance of the camera with the body, the definition and use of the filmic space, and the transdisciplinar studies that include pedagogical and legal aspects of screendance. El Encuentro Internacional de Danza Audiovisual, Valencia 2016, se define como un foro de intercambio de ideas académicas y de análisis de los procesos creativos en torno a la danza audiovisual, videodanza o coreocine. Las actas reúnen artículos que se centran en el pas-de-deux entre la cámara y el cuerpo danzante, la definición y el uso del espacio de la danza audiovisual, y los estudios transdisciplinares que incluyen aspectos pedagógicos y legales de la danza audiovisual
