In Spain women are the majority among university students, but they continue to be a minority in scientific and technical careers. The Guide of Physics to mainstreaming gender in university teaching offers proposals, examples of good practices, teaching resources and consultation tools that will allow to make women scientists visible and eliminate the androcentric vision that predominates in science and more specifically in the field of Physics.
