In this study we address the complicated task of studying the situation of people with disabilities in the field of vocational training. Difficult because historically these people have been hidden away, relegated to special schools, or decades ago, even left at home without even being given the possibility to study. In recent decades, people have gone from referring to them as handicapped or invalid to a more respectful term such as disabled or even using the euphemisms that they have diverse abilities or functional diversity. But no, people with disabilities are very capable, much more than we sometimes want to acknowledge. As much as than any other person because any person also encounters limitations in their daily life or in their professional career. And because, fortunately, society's perception of people with disabilities is increasingly inclusive, and gives them more opportunities where before they only found closed doors.
