Industrial Engineering is part of STEM, a highly masculinized field of knowledge where there is little research and guides that deal with gender-specific issues. The Guide of Industrial Engineering to mainstreaming gender in university teaching offers proposals, examples of good practice, teaching resources and consultation tools to contribute to greater equality between women and men and to bring attention to female models to promote women's access to university studies.
