Gender blindness in the field of law and criminology makes it necessary to implement a gender perspective in university studies in these disciplines, both in the teaching and knowledge transfer and in research. The Guide of Law and Criminology to mainstreaming gender in university teaching offers proposals, examples of good practices, teaching resources and consultation tools to redraw the mental and symbolic schemes of legal thought that have traditionally been articulated under biased premisses about gender, neutrality, objectivity and impartiality.
