The SEL4@ll International Conference Book of Abstracts brings together research and applied experiences on social-emotional education, psychological well-being, inclusion, and technology in European educational contexts. It includes studies on mental health in adolescence and university students (mindfulness, social media, chronotype, healthy living projects, and therapeutic educational units), as well as research on socio-emotional competencies, burnout, and academic well-being in secondary and higher education. It features contributions on teacher training and digital methodologies (socio-emotional leadership in virtual settings, training on ASD, the socio-affective dimension of mathematics, and the use of ICT to foster leadership and emotional intelligence), alongside inclusion-focused experiences (educational robotics, reading motivation and comprehension in students with and without SEN, digital tools for ASD, psychosocial adjustment profiles, and projects to enhance digital competences in neurodivergent students). The digital innovation and serious games section explores the effects of serious games on emotional regulation and stress, reviews of serious games, and user experience of the SEL4@ll game, as well as the use of social media as learning environments. Finally, it includes a longitudinal study on generative AI use and its relationship with perceived work ability and engagement.
