Since the 13th century, the town of Culla has had enormous historical, legal and economic importance, being the head of an extensive territory formed by what is known as the "Setena de Culla" (Benassal, Vistabella, Atzeneta, Benafigos, Vilar de Canes and Torre d'en Besora). This work has a double cultural value; on the one hand, it publishes an unpublished manuscript that is kept in the rich archive of Culla, where we can see activities such as livestock farming, hunting, agriculture, the election of municipal officials... And on the other hand, it informs us of the state of the language in all these towns.
